Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Because many of our products are handcrafted or personalized, additional preparation time may occasionally be required. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

Personalized Pet Tags: Free shipping within the United States.

All Other Products: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping service. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some smaller items shipped through standard letter mail may not include tracking.

Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Return Shipping

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

For eligible returns of non-personalized products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
